Moxy Hotel Glasgow offers an array of creatively designed rooms that redefine the concept of urban living. Their furnishings are edgy and the rooms are compact - they aren’t tiny, there is enough room to get around; they’re just not spacious. Their beds extremely plush with a side of a wonderful nights sleep (I was in a twin room so pushed the two beds together), 42” TV with casting and USB ports and a desk which doubled up as tea/coffee making stand etc.
The bathroom was well appointed and sleek with a fab shower.
The wall paper is iconic with images and sayings from around Glasgow! and the room was exceptionally quiet even with one full wall of window!
The communal areas of Moxy Hotel Glasgow are equally impressive. The vibrant Living Room is the heart and soul of the hotel, bustling with energy and creativity. Here, guests can relax on cosy couches, plug in their devices at the communal tables, or challenge friends to a game of pool. The modern bar is a true gem, serving up a wide range of craft beers, creative cocktails, and a bar nibbles/snacks menu like pizza.
I opted for a pint and a pizza, absolutely superb!
The reception/check in is also in the communal area and part of the bar! No old school check in desk here.
