PRODUCT - Coole Swan, Irish Cream Liqueur
A cream liqueur on the market to rival even those big names of Baileys (the Irish liqueur we all know) and Amarula (the South African liqueur that’s a world wide favourite).
Coole Swan is the only Irish Cream Liqueur that combines single malt Irish whiskey, Belgian white chocolate and fresh Irish cream to deliver a distinctive, fresh, smooth, velvety, long-lasting and creamy taste experience that lingers for you to savour and enjoy.
REVIEW - COOLE SWAN, IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR
Independently owned and family run, Coole Swan is based on the Brady family farm in the heart of the Boyne Valley in Co. Meath, Ireland.
There’s just three ingredients behind Coole Swan - each one of the highest quality available. A carefully selected Single Malt Irish Whiskey is blended with real Belgian White Chocolate and Fresh Dairy Cream from the Brady’s family farm.
For me this was like drinking a light boozy cream and I’d quite happily drink boozy cream all day. The cool white bottle reveals the contents of creamy white liquid that coats your mouth in creaminess but without the astringency of alcohol that you would find in other cream liqueurs. There is a definite taste of white chocolate and its all rather indulgent.
I made me an Espresso Martini, and although my bar skills need much improving, it tasted fantastic. Coole Swan over ice is definitely my preferred option and I can only thank the lovely people at We Are Wire PR and Coole Swan for bringing this liqueur to my attention. It certainly has it!
You can purchase Coole Swan from John Lewis for £25. Try not to drink it straight from the bottle and indulgent yourself in a wee cocktail before you neck it.
