NEWS : Radisson Collection Edinburgh to host exclusive 'this is me' drag brunch
In celebration of Pride Edinburgh 2019 which marks the 50th anniversary of the stonewall riots, Radisson Collection Hotel, Royal Mile Edinburgh will host an exclusive This is Me themed gourmet Sunday Brunch experience on 23 June, featuring a line-up of acclaimed Scottish drag artists.
The afternoon gourmet celebration will be hosted by Scottish drag performer and DJ Amy L’Amour and will feature four drag acts including That Queen Ivy, Jordy Deelight, Julianne Hoare and Amy.
In between performances the acts will mingle with guests who enjoy an indulgent three course brunch experience featuring the delicious chef’s table brimming with seasonal produce such as Scottish shellfish, salads, continental charcuterie and cheeses. There is a main menu offering a range of award-winning dishes to enjoy which pay homage to Scottish gastronomy followed by a decadent dessert trolley which is sure to tempt even the most satiated of appetites. Teas and coffees are also included.
There are Bloody Mary, Bellini and fizz stations as well (as part of drinks package). And if that’s not enough, guests can retreat to the hotel’s stylish Epicurean cocktail lounge to sample the exclusive cocktail menu curated by the team’s in-house mixologists. The Sunday brunch costs £25 per person plus £15 for the optional drinks package.
