NEWS : A Christmas Parcel by James McNeish
I have the utmost respect for people who work in hospitality, from the suppliers to the front of house, from the farm to the kitchen. It’s a tough gig at the best of times but right now tough doesn’t come close to describing it. So when a newbie, small business, craft producer, new restaurant or a budding chef asks me to give them a shout out, I’m more than up for doing that.
Enter, Chef James McNeish. James is global private event chef currently based in Edinburgh, formally of Le Gavroche by Michel Roux Jnr. (mention Michel Roux Jnr and I swoon!)
