So how do you tackle eating at COSMO? Loading your plate here, at a world cuisine buffet, is like embarking on a culinary adventure. Here’s how to make the most of it:

  1. Survey the Scene: Before diving in, take a lap around the buffet. Observe the colourful array of dishes from different cultures. It’s like browsing a global food gallery.

  2. Start with Basics: Begin with a sturdy foundation. Grab a plate and load up on rice, noodles, or bread. These staples will complement the flavours to come.

  3. Small Bites, Big Flavours: Opt for small portions initially. Sample a little bit of everything. Sushi, spring rolls, kebabs, and dumplings—each bite transports you to a different corner of the world.

  4. Mix and Match: Don’t be afraid to blend cuisines. Pair Indian curry with Japanese tempura or Mexican salsa with Chinese stir-fry. Fusion is the name of the game.

  5. Veggies and Greens: Load up on colourful veggies. They add freshness and balance to your plate. From Thai salads to Mediterranean tabbouleh, greens are your allies.

  6. Protein Power: Whether it’s grilled chicken, lamb kofta, or tofu, protein is essential. It keeps you satisfied and fuels your exploration.

  7. Sauces and Condiments: Drizzle sauces over your selections. Sweet chili, soy, tzatziki, or mango chutney—these little flavour boosters elevate your experience.

  8. Save Room for Dessert: Finally, leave space for sweet indulgence. Mini pastries, ice cream, or a slice of cake, desserts are the grand finale of your buffet journey.

Remember, the joy lies in variety. So load up, savour, and repeat!
