NEWS : Aldi's 18th Scottish Summer Beer Festival is here
Aldi’s 18th annual Scottish Beer Festival showcases 35 exceptional craft beers from seven of the best breweries across Scotland.
The festival kicked off on Thursday (4 July), and takes place in all 87 Aldi stores in Scotland in a deal worth over £186,000 to the breweries involved.
Bottles start at just £1.49, and shoppers can try everything from blonde to black ales to IPAs to stouts from Dundee’s 71 Brewing, Inverness’ Cromarty Brewing, Clackmannanshire’s Harviestoun, Aberdeen’s Fierce Beer, Argyll’s Fyne Ales, Glasgow’s Jaw Brew and the Borders’ Tempest Brewing Co.
In celebration of Aldi’s 25th anniversary in Scotland, a number of brews will be available exclusively from the supermarket, including Jaw Brew and Cromarty Brewing’s entire selection.

Aldi’s commitment to local sourcing was recognised at this year’s Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards, where the supermarket was awarded Scottish Sourcing Business of the Year.
